Become a Gilbert Archery Member

Being a General Member of Gilbert Archery allows you to help support our program. This requires USA Archery membership which is not included in the General Membership fee. 

General Membership includes:

• One free beginning or intermediate group lesson per year, including use of club equipment during the lesson
• Gilbert Archery Team Shirts can be purchased at cost
• Earn JOAD or Adult Achievement Awards

Annual Dues of $90.00

This membership is for those who are serious about shooting and want to train to compete and to improve their scores. 

Available with two payment options: 

$300.00 Semi-Annual Dues or $550.00 Annual Dues 

Requirements:

• USA Archery membership is required. Membership costs are $65 for adults, $45 for youth, and $130 for families. USA Archery Membership allows you to compete in pin shoots at the range and in all state and national tournaments. More Information
• Must have completed at least 8 beginning and/or intermediate archery lessons at Gilbert Archery or be invited by a Gilbert Archery coach. 
• Training members need to have learned the basic archery form, as taught by Gilbert Archery, in order to be successful in the more advanced training offered by this membership. Sign Up For Lessons
• To allow us to set up effectively for lessons, members need to sign up at least 24 hours in advance and email if you are not going to be able to attend a lesson you sign up for. Failure to give notice of class attendance more than twice in a 6-month period will result in a space no longer being reserved in class, and you will need to set up your own bale and equipment if space is available.

Special Club Member Lessons

Wednesday evenings are set aside for special training lessons only for Club Team Members. These will focus on specific competition skills, workouts, mental training, and other advanced work. You will get a secret access code to sign up for these lessons. Use your member code and the cost is free.

Advanced Open Shooting

After learning how to properly set up and take down equipment, Club Team Members may use equipment, if it's available, and shoot at the range any time it's open. This benefit allows you to shoot further distances than typical open shooting but you may only shoot as far as you have safely been shooting during training.

Being a member of the Women's Group allows you to participate in all league activities. All levels of shooting experience welcome. Women's Group is exclusively for women 18 yrs. old or older. This group is for women to get away from it all and have some fun with other women. This is a recreational league and doesn't require membership in USAA.

Membership includes:

• Shooting during Friday Women's Lessons and Saturday Intermediate Lessons 
• Club equipment can be used during league shooting at no additional cost 
• Gilbert Archery Team Shirts can be purchased at cost
• Ongoing coaching

While league members shoot at a variety of levels, and there is ongoing coaching, basic form and safety knowledge is required to get started so, if you haven't had a class or lesson at Gilbert Archery before, first please sign up for our Women's Try Archery Lesson here or a Women's Lesson here.
